This is my first poem... Not sure if it's good 
Why are you so mad at me?
What have I done to make you be?
You give me the coldest stares .
That breaks me into icy air.
When you see me you light up in fire.
Thinking how much I'm a liar.
You want me out of your life.
So you can get rid of something that you despise.
I'll leave right now.
So you won't trigger.
The terrible memory that sparked a bicker.

That's not bad, writing about moments in our lives truly sparks something wonderful when it flows out. Simply stop thinking, and let your heart do the writing.
