flash player problem

alright i made account with steam but i cant post anything up yet. im just going to ask here if any one of you guys know. i reinstalled everything on my computer and every time i want to use steam ingame and go on youtube.com or something, it will tell me " Steam Browser not using Flash Player / Java (Vista 64bit) " i installed google chrome as they said on this or something Steam Browser not using Flash Player / Java (Vista 64bit) - Steam Users' Forums it was no help. this is what i have on my pc.(im still adding more games and more programs)(i have 3 hard drive, i did install steam on the main drive , still the same problem) i had this problem ever since i got this pc, a year ago.
