Dual Mac-10s

I know it's possible to make dual mac-10's.
I'm just to lazy to do it.
So can someone make dual (holding 2) mac-10's but with the hands holding it sideways.
If you know Gta san andreas,you know what i'm talking about.

so how would u reload? which one shoots all the bullet's and does both mac10s shoot 15 bullets?
