Thinking about PS3

Most of you know, im an avid xbox 360 fan, but im re-doing my room (putting in a desk, couch, coffee table and a 37" tv) and i was thinking about gettting a PS3 because of the fact i dont feel like spending $100 dollars for an xbox wireless adapter. im rambling.

But Pro's and Con's about Ps3 and how is its wireless?

No, it connects directly to your router, as Xbox, you need a bridge (wireless adapter) to connect. Or as both consoles you can go wired with it. Pretty much as the above person said it's like a laptop wifi.

there is 1 porblem with the wireless it can get laggy no matter how good of a connection you have idk if its the same with xbox or not

well if i got it, itd have to be wireless, my rooms to far awy from the router.

Dude I get no sort of lag caused by wireless. The speed is the same hardwired, as is going wifi on the PS3. Works great, I can pick up several neighbors wifi too..Also if you get a psp you can do the remote play which is pretty flippin cool!.

Well if you're playing a multiplayer game where there are host of the match your connection will not change weither it's wired or not. I have my PS3 on wireless internet and it's just as good as is it when I have an ethernet cable plugged into it.

I suggest the master race.
