[Help]Resizing a site within a webbrowser?
Ok i have been trying to figure out how to resize a website within a webbrowser.(thats the best way i could think of it right now)

but heres an example of what i need help with, using google as an example, i want it to just load google but it will get rid of the top part
top part:

and have it just shown like this:
i wonder.... maybe, just maybe correct me if im wrong,

You can make a function to download the page and delete the non necessary code

save it, and load the html file,

im just brain storming here
You can remove the code that makes up for that part.

Code:
<nobr><b class=gb1>Web</b> <a href="http://www.google.com/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb1>Images</a> <a href="http://video.google.com/?hl=en&tab=wv" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb1>Videos</a> <a href="http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb1>Maps</a> <a href="http://news.google.com/nwshp?hl=en&tab=wn" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb1>News</a> <a href="http://www.google.com/prdhp?hl=en&tab=wf" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb1>Shopping</a> <a href="http://mail.google.com/mail/?hl=en&tab=wm" class=gb1>Gmail</a> <a href="http://www.google.com/intl/en/options/" onclick="this.blur();gbar.tg(event);return !1" aria-haspopup=true class=gb3><u>more</u> <small>▼</small></a><div class=gbm id=gbi><a href="http://books.google.com/bkshp?hl=en&tab=wp" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>Books</a> <a href="http://www.google.com/finance?hl=en&tab=we" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>Finance</a> <a href="http://translate.google.com/?hl=en&tab=wT" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>Translate</a> <a href="http://scholar.google.com/schhp?hl=en&tab=ws" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>Scholar</a> <a href="http://blogsearch.google.com/?hl=en&tab=wb" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>Blogs</a> <a href="http://www.google.com/realtime?hl=en&tab=wY" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>Realtime</a> <div class=gb2><div class=gbd></div></div><a href="http://www.youtube.com/?hl=en&tab=w1" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>YouTube</a> <a href="http://www.google.com/calendar/render?hl=en&tab=wc" class=gb2>Calendar</a> <a href="https://picasaweb.google.com/home?hl=en&tab=wq" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>Photos</a> <a href="http://*****************/?hl=en&tab=wo&authuser=0" class=gb2>Documents</a> <a href="http://www.google.com/reader/?hl=en&tab=wy" class=gb2>Reader</a> <a href="http://******************/?hl=en&tab=w3" class=gb2>Sites</a> <a href="http://groups.google.com/grphp?hl=en&tab=wg" onclick=gbar.qs(this) class=gb2>Groups</a> <div class=gb2><div class=gbd></div></div><a href="http://www.google.com/intl/en/options/" class=gb2>even more &raquo;</a> </div></nobr></div>
Remove that.
@lolland would my method work?
In the document complete event , just do this

[highlight=vbnet]
If WebBrowser1.Document.Title = "Google" Then
WebBrowser1.Document.GetElementById("ghead").Inner Html = ""
End If
[/highlight]

Poof, no bar.
Yeah, it would, but I don't see a need to write to a file when you can just set the documenttext.
If you embedded a browser control, then DOMS is simple enough.
Remove the Innerhtml of the DIV as listed above in my prior post.
oh, thanks at least im not crazy =)
