It says Sorry, you don't have Security Question set up yet. Please contact Customer Service for updating your email address. I sent them a ticket and I dont know where to check it and I forgot the email I used suggestions? 
If you sent them, you have to wait fomr some hours and check it again. 
You have to go to Support > Contact History.
