Help for a newbie?
Hey guys, I apologize if this pisses anyone off. I just wanted to ask some experienced, or at least semi-experienced coders, where I should start off at. I have begun to learn C++, but there are still many things that I am unaware of. So I was hoping I could ask you guys! I will list my questions below:

1. What type of software would you recommend for assembling hacks?
2. Is there anything else OTHER than C+ that I should learn that would benefit me in creating hacks?

I am sure there will be more to come (if that's ok) as I learn more about C++.

Thanks in advance for the help!

P.S. If anyone is looking for an apprentice i'm your man!
learn C++ and asm... this will help alot u ^^
i would recommend learning Visual Basic 2010/2008 Express Edition first, try out some injectors and learn from the small snippets of code, then move onto C++. if u want to learn C++ (C++ Express Edition 2010/2008 fast i have a tut that i update constantly - http://www.mpgh.net/forum/207-combat...ny-things.html

I didn't know Visual Basic 2010/2008 Express Edition was a programming language
But yes, BASIC is a good introduction to OOP. Also, ALICE is a good language for those looking to learn more advanced Object Oriented Programming.
So what i've gathered so far is that I need to start with Visual basic, then learn C++, ASM, OOP, and ALICE? Holy shit... Thanks guys!

Your a leecher, not a newbie..

I'm a newbie..

Ok, well learn c++ then come to me, i'll tell you from there

By the way, I learned VB .net before c++
I appreciate everyone's advice! I'm tired of sitting around and not contributing to MPGH, I wanna do my part for the community.
Learn VB.net first.
It's the easiest to learn then go into C++ and then ASM then game hacking.
