changemap command not working?

so i would use the changemap command to skip to the boss in certain boats but when using it on the spider (nightmare at the ruins) or a few of the new 40+ stages in ainle it shows me a black screen with all the UI and the HUD but everything else is black not sure if im using it right anyway so if you can help please do :/

lol you want changelevel 1...
changemap would be used like... changemap 01_boss
