How do i use window mode in Reimys Hack x3?

Enable the hack, and go in-game and it should automatically change into windowed mode.
That's how i did it, but i don't use that hack anymore, so i don't know if it's patched or not.

Then that feature must be fucked :P Try another hack? That one seems to be popular, and it doesn't decrease lag, if that is what you are interested in :P
