Toggleable Aimbot & No Spread

Hey guys,

I know there are alot of mods with aimbots and all that.

However, all I wanted was:

A mod that was completely normal except when you are host if you press a key it would activate or deactivate an aimbot & no spread. Do you think any one could do that?
