well not to be rude but you may have to read a few ebook o rgo to the library even use MSDN to learn the actual
CODE part of it

1º i am not in win 2000 lol

2º i am using win xp sp3

3º i don't have a bad comp.

Idk how it works...

But to the design of his windows, all you have to do is go to personalize (right click desktop) scroll all the way down and click on Windows classic... In winxp I forgot, but would remember if I was running it lol
