Well 80+ Skills or 99's are important for Skills.
Every Million of GP counts aswell

So if you don't feel like training this account, money is more important.

Well the Skills will become worth something when they are 80+ (Important Skills, unlike Cooking = easy).

So if you really want to go for hard 80's or easier 99's your account will become worth quite a bit. Money sells for around $0.5/M - $1/M.
