human on mummy side

I've been in several games where the humans were on mummy able to use their guns to infect people and what not and they said hey were using automation anyone know what to do to be able to do that cause I'd really like to (if this is already on here somewhere then I apologize but I didn't see it)

you must me a god mode...then...if you become mummy you still look like human....and have god mode....you can kill human with gun...huhu
