i get like 4 kills, then someone kills me from behind. am i running to out in the open to kill them? And sometimes they blend in with the wall. What can i do to not die as much?

Yes. Its getting irritating at this point. Nobody is going to help you win the game. Stop sucking, man up, and practice. Nobody is good their first time.
The thing is. when you play FPS games, you don't really focus on getting that highest number of kills or a streak.
You just gotta keep moving around, stay focused, don't get pissed off if you get killed.
Things you need to focus on are:
The right gun(s) for you
right (equipment)
know the maps and spots
get used to the controls
staying focused and keeping your cool
