Is it possible...

Is it possible to add rags to the ak-47 like the arctic wolf. I was wondering this because I think it would go great with the arctic skin i'm making for the ak-47, I do realise this will be hard even if it is possible. If it is possible to add rags, would I have to design them my self so its suited for the gun.
