Hello guys..i need program to edit .dll files, got any?

Lol You Cant Edit .dll Unless You Have A Source Code I Believe But To Make .dll Files Use Microsoft Visual Basic c++ 2010 Search It On Google And Find It Easy !

i just find .dll editor, i think that it is Hex something like that

Hex editor is too edit .rez...
BTW there's no program to edit a .dll.
