what do u d oif u get a hardware ban?

well i thing its i thought i had a ip ban thne i trye dto make an account then it got banned or some thing and i have heard of a hardware ban and i want to know how to get that tooken off plz some one help me thx

You need Hardware Spoofer i think MPGH VIP has one ( not sure)
