Xbox scratching disc's
I know this is a common "flaw" on the Xbox 360, that it tends to scratch disc's, if tilted (Which is common sense. Not a flaw, hence the "")
But, here is where my Xbox is standing out from the rest.
I bought Black Ops at release.
I went home, and popped the sucker in.
I played, and played and played.
The 20th of January, playing single-player, my Xbox goes: "SCRRRRRRRCCCCH... BA-DUNK!" and pops open the tray. (Please note, it is laying down on a stable surface.)
I check my disc to see that it is scratched.
I contacted Xbox support. They replied:

I went to GameStop and got a new copy of Black Ops, with ensurance.
I went home, and popped the sucker in.
I played for 5 days, and my Xbox goes: "SCRRRRRRRRRCH... BA-DUNK!" and pops open the tray. (Still laying down, stable.)
It's scratched, all the way around.
I went to GameStop, got a new game. (Ensurance)
I deleted CoD 4 from my Xbox harddrive and installed BO.
Fml.
Anyone else tried this?
