kid u need a proxy a fast proxy, im a filipino too and i can play the warrock international using a proxy not just proxy its a vpn use CYBE****** VPN google it its free but i have a premium with 10gb traffic the free version is 1gb traffic only , you will have less lag and low ping, using it will show you the DE server the dutches and other servers but not the us servers, if you use pemium you will have acces to us servers, use CYBE****** VPN 100% working
