[Help]Annoying flickering
Hey I was wondering if it is possible to fix the flickering when a program is viewed over a game.
Screenshot:

You cant actually see the flickering in the pic, but it was just to give you an idea of what I was talking about.
I don't know why, but for some reason it was impossible to capture the flickering in a screenshot.
If you use a timer to refresh itself it wont update enough, i think you should use some d3d, but i'm not so sure about this, you should ask some d3d pro's

Or just don't use the trainer in-game but use it on the desktop (alt+tab) ?

Just some suggestions!
It's flickering because the game is redrawing over the top of it constantly (most games run at over 30 FPS, which means it will draw 30 times every second.) Properly, you should hook the game's d3d and then draw your shit when the game does (it will then be synchronized so therefore no flickering)

@Not being able to get a SS of the flickering.../facepalm. Obviously if it's flickering it's there 1 second and not the next. A screenshot captures a single instance in time, so it will either be there or it wont be in the screenshot, there's no "in-between"

well you're right, but as CptnDutch said D3D is the best, to fix this, I would recommend you to learn D3D (Not you Jason), and then re-make a trainer.
C++ is great for D3D but I think that you can use it on Visual Basic too...

the official DirectX is exclusively C++.

Actually, only a minority run at 30FPS. Its usually 60FPS.

Unfortunately GDI won't be able to run at 60FPS on most computers.

Note that I said "Most run at over 30fps"

Okay, you got me with your wording <<

Also, does MW2 have a native windowed mode? (this is completely relevant to your problem)
Nope, just edit config file or press Alt+Enter.
