help with dtx/ltbs

okay i know im going to be called a noob and all but can someone inform me on how to convert dtx and ltb files to combat arms because i tried to and it didnt work right.
any help is appreciated and if this is in the wrong section sorry

ltb cannot be converted to "Combat Arms Format"
for the dtx you need to use dtx convert. Google it.
