Depens on your weapon.
If you have AWM, you should try Quickscoping.

If you use an DSR-1 you should try to maintain your speed and movement,
The 1st video helps to this too.

I'll 1v1 if you want. I have gotten tons of sniper badges and have some advice or fun places to snipe. I've never gotten past SFC first class, but I have experience. I'll list the badges I've gotten below.

Sniper Grade C Level 1 (have 4)
Sniper Grade C Level 3 (have 3)
Sniper Grade C Level 2 (have 3)
Sniper Grade B Level 1 (have 2)
