ok i play this game name rune it came out in 2000 and some guy keeps crashing my server so people go in his server i am wondering how can i crash his server.i can get server ip but i dont know what to do.I am a noob at hacking will someone please help me.

No one is going to tell you how to crash servers for free.

umm? send lots of packets to his server?

i assume it requires pinging the ip in cmd with a fair few packets. Apart from that i dont know the exact code u need. Try google....
Oh and also packets are just bits of information, sent to the server and back again. Such as a location in a game or the amount of hp.

how exactly can you send packets to the server.This is a old game and its very vulnerable to packet sending and other stuff but i dont know much. On google there is like no help for crashing rune game server.

Well, if your bandwidth can overpower there's you may be able to lagg them, if where talking about a game, even if you could packet spam them(which they probably have a solution to that), there servers would over-power you.
