Some (or all) of the computers in the Hamachi window have a yellow triangle warning sign to the left. Their status can be direct tunnel (green).
Clicking on the triangle opens a tooltip saying "Tunnel problem. There is a problem with a peer connection. Click here for details."
Clicking it opens a window which has "error" next to the VPN status.
Clicking details opens a tooltip saying "Error Details of the VPN configuration error(s) are available on Settings page"
Clicking it opens the Settings pane where there is "network adapter error" next to the Status.
Clicking on details opens a tooltip saying "Error Failed to connect to the network adapter. Peer is not accessible via VPN."
Clicking it doesn't lead anywhere.
Additionally:
The problem is observed with 2.0.1.66 (latest version as of Jan 15, 2010)
The problem happens on Windows XP, Windows 7.
On Windows XP it sometimes seems go away by itself (the warning triangles disappear), but remote connections still don't work and the warnings soon appear again.
Ideas:
Solution:
Uninstall and reinstall (into a different folder, not preserving the settings) have worked at least once.

I had him reinstall but that didn't work so I guess it won't work for him.

edit ok i got it to work but its super laggy

Connect to his hamachi server, then he has to accept you. then you use the IP address to connect to the game. sadly this doesn't work for me cause of something retarded.

Sorry can't get on the server. Mineshafter is having a bug for allot of people. Al be on once they fix the bug.
