CF Private Server!?

I seen the post GM Saidin did today about CF private servers, but I want to know how many there are and how did they get the source to make it?

Theirs a thread about this titled "Private Server"
Its just a CF PH Private server and who knows how they got it

Also creating your own private server involves, time, knowledge, and money. You need to comprehend C# , Pay for the server, and set up emulators. I wouldn't recommend the average user to attempt this.

So basibly you need to pay to get the base, and then you code what you want to add
