[Release] Credit Card Validator

This is a little Credit Card Validator program I made thanks to an idea I found in the Programming section.

Features:
- Nice GUI
- Supports Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Australian BankCard
- Let's you know the correct of digits needed and the starting digits of the card number if you enter an invalid card number

Mix of both, the background, heading and About screen was made with PS and the rest were Telrik Controls. Not very familliar with GDI+ so I'd have no idea how to make something like that programmatically.

You might generate a CC number, and check it with this but nowadays you need the security code and what not, and even if it doesnt ask for a security code theres a 1:9999 chance the card will actually work
