its possible tic tac toe is a simple game

Nah. This is the basic layout. Its going to be a computer with speakers and monitor all together into a robot case. Kind stupid but yeah, this is the first year out school is making a science fair, so I dont think they will be too critical.

After its completely made, im going to make certain voice commands to certain things like "Open google" will open firefox and go to google.com
"open notepad" will open notepad
"shutdown" will shutdown

Stuff like that
