yeah its a loop

num and length are auto-set to 1

then length = num.tostring.length
then the division
then num =+ 1

Also im learning java so i hate i's -.-(solved the first one with java

Hang on, why all the division? Why not just see if:

EDIT: The number was 116396280

EDIT 2: Is this question 5 from project Euler? I just finished it if you want the solution.

yes it is the 5th one, as said in the first post.

why 11-20?

because 11-20 already cover 1-10 through factors.

EDIT: cant be the number, it gave me a big no no from euler.

It isn't that number. That was the number your line of thinking returned. I did it a different way and got the right answer, are you interested in the solution?

Well, one of the things he told me , was they are very strict about posting solutions on other , or post their problems on other forums. So let's keep this thread as general as possible to respect their wishes

i would have posted on their forum, but there is no visual basic, just basic.

EDIT: maybe change the title to programming languages, not just visual basic?
