Instant Scoping

i just want a l96a1 scope to go into scope instantly (there is a second or something delay before u can shoot)
i quick scope and it doesnt shoot because its still going into scope

when u go in scope it Zooms in from lowest magnification to the sniper zoom (it takes about a sevcond and u cant shoot while its doing that)
it cost me a few unbelivables (legit) and its pissing me off

there should be some way to hexedit a instant zoom so if anyone can do that for me i would thank +rep and give u mods in the future
