example:
AOL 9.1
HSS (anchorfree)
Hide IP Easy
etc.....
or u can do it manually with
MSDOS prompt and Network Places or My Network Places.
many tut out there it's easy just need one minutes ++ to change u dynamic ip

if you turn your modem off overnight when you turn it back on in the morning the next day you usually will have a new ip...

Static IP means just that, it is static, it does not change at request or overtime. For a more proper definition : A static IP address is one that is bound to a particular interface on a server and is persistent between reboots. This means that a server with a particular static IP address bound to it will always use that IP address for whatever services are being used on that interface.
