can some one refer me to a vid on how to mod zombies, without ******s!!

To mod Black Ops zombie you must understand how to use modio and how replace GPD's.
Notice: You can only play Modded Zombies Offline since GPD's are patched online.
You must also know that you can get banned for this. My 9th prestiege was banned.
CLEAR YOUR CACHE BEFORE YOU START ( Press Y Over your device and hit clear cache)
1st Step: Put your profile on a USB / Transfer Cable and connect it to your computer.
2nd Step: Download a modded zombies GPD File. ( There's many out there for various reasons I cannot give you a link directly through this post )
3rd Step: Open up your profile and head to contents
4th Step: You will see a bunch of files. You need to find the one that is the same number as your modded GPD.
5th Step: Right Click on it and Replace with the Modded GPD. ( Make sure you extract your original one to a folder just incase)
6th: Go to modio and hit Re-hash and Re-sign
7th: Plug into your xbox and play zombies offline.

ok I understand up to step 4 but you lost me on step 6

You need the Xbox 360 Modding Program 'Modio' (Should come up in google)
Using Modio you can Extract all kind of things from Profiles and even mod your Game saves
You need either a USB configured to your Xbox (So it acts as a hard drive) Or a Transfer Cable (Which lets you open up your Xbox Hard drive)

I'm pretty sure it has to be offline because you have to delete all the title updates for it?
Go System settings ---> Memory Games ---- >Call of Duty BO ----> Title Updates ---> Delete
