is there a mod to stop lagging??

I play combat arms in a Pentium 4 of 3 Ghz,ram 512 MB,and a video card on-board of 32 MB,so my question is ¿is there a mod to reduce the resolution of the textures or to avoid that the textures load?
Because my video card does not have the t&l support,i lag too much that i can see behind the walls.

Yeah its called renaming the texture.rez file

Uninstall the game, then you will have no lagg while playing it /
