You're wrong. They patched it about a month or two ago so some of the bobble was reduced, you get into scope faster, and the hitboxes for enemies when using a sniper got larger for easier hits.

i clearly state i started playing again once they did that patch
but either way quickscoping is still shit in BO and will never be "quickscoping"
