Reformating your PC is the worst idea ever.

COPY all inside in the folder Project Blackout from other PC then PASTE to yours
Start your Launcher ---- its work for me

lol and why is that? the longest i have stayed with a single os on my laptop at any one time is bout 6 weeks and i have had laptop for 3 years and it is still running like new..

@dominikx321: do everything like "SubCub" said,but also be sure you removed game from Registry,and search for it in APP DATA if there is something , delete it too...

Because, reformating isn't the greatest thing ever, you're clearing out your ENTIRE computer, which means you're just reinstalling the OS. Reformating is only suggested if you got a major problem like a serious malware or a nasty error. All he have to do is do what I said. Anyone saying reformating for a SINGLE simple error, doesn't know a single clue about PC.



Also, if you're using Window 7, you only got 3 refomates per license.

how do i paste it to launcher?

I got a few errors like this for this game and Crossfire.
Disable your AV, and Firewall.
It's causing something to not be downloaded.
