That was not a hack though....He used an RPE to send your kill packet and respawn packet back to the server.
You probably wouldn't have gotten banned unless the SGi staff checked the server logs for random exp boosts, or strange kill count in a match, but you posted your IGN here...

Packet editing plus not advertising but only 3 or 4 website's have vip including mine so rage or gamekings does not.
