I got some ideas for this... It will be more like a Mini OS than a Virtual OS when i am done with it..
but i am lazy i started on of these, had the taskbar working great and stuff... then i got lazy not wanting to create my own Windows with panels and stuff.

There is only 1 panel the rest you make on seperate forms But i know I've made like 3 Vos's and I;m way to lazy to add all the programs in. I had to force myself just to add the webbrowser in here... xD
I'm making my own, this is good. I'm including movable stuff now
