a question about posting a tool link

hi i was wondering if it would be ok so im asking first i found place download copy of tool odbg 2.00 out there and wanted to know if its ok post link or should i upload it here myshelf so others can have it ?

You can't post outside links. You need to upload it to MPGH with 2 virus scans + a ss. You also need to give credits.
