First read this:

Then after step 5 you need to find your weapon (For example: AK47_ANIBASE-1. LTB and ANI_G_ACR_SH. LTB)
The file that you chose needs: ANIBASE or ANI_G in the filename.
When you did that you need to convert the LTB to LTA
For that download this:

Then drag your LTB to the convertor.
For open the LTA you need to have: ModelEdit
