Mod Menu boxes?

Have you seen mod menu with black transparent boxes around the text?
kinda like this video (hope this doesn't count as an outside link)


if you know how to add something like that please let me know.

Buy a xbox.
J tag it.
Download the program from the video.
Put it on your new xbox.

This belongs in the .GSC modding section though...
It's a "shader" and it's used by lot's of XBOX modders lol =3
