Counter Strike source bug ?

I need help usually when im not playing crossfire css is my next, everything else works fine but this shit happens ?

Help ? Also after i close css i get the usually bullshit hl2.exe stopped working, im running win7 64x

You look like your missing files or your video card is jacked up/not good enough.

You either downloaded a shit version of the game, or your drivers or card itself is fucked up.
