I gave resignation notices a month in advance for all positions I left, as well as reasoning for why I did it.

For the record, I didn't just have Liz backing me, I had everybody

I would've gotten GM if I wasn't so busy with other shit and had to take a leave of absence. I don't even care that I missed the opportunity because I enjoyed what I did in place of that.
