What I said to Nexon in my new ticket.
"Hello, I have been banned for the past 2 and a half weeks. I was banned right around the time that the console exploiters where noticed, so I'm assuming thats what I was banned for. I had another ticket that I had already submitted that has been sitting there for 2 weeks and you guys have yet to do anything about it. Now that the new update is out I am not willing to wait any longer. Please un-ban me or I will no longer be a customer of Nexon and I will tell all of my friends to spread the word. I will also post news of this on forums of different gaming websites so they can see how Nexon treats it's customers. So, please just un-ban me to save yourself the trouble."
Well, they better unban me now.

If you are serious then: REALLY? Let me get this straight, you get banned for hacking and you complain that they are mistreating you? Let me give you a little advice, if they banned you they probably don't want you as a customer. If you seriously think that that ticket will get you unbanned i don't know what to say.
If it said 2.5 weeks and its been 2, do the math..
Wait another 3-4 days.. download project blackout + cod while u wait...
