so i have a ip address i got and i ping it and it replys. so it is online. so then i find an open port from that ip. im new to hacking, so what can i do with the ip and open port(s)?

you could also just DOS him (send packages to his ip so his internet is getting slowly) but you have to do it for a while

DOS attack isn't as good as DDOS(with botnet)
