what is teamviewing because someone wants to do it to me and im not sure if he will like hack my computer or something please help.

Remote access to your PC. You can kill it quite fast if he tries something fishy.

theres something going on witht his guy, he wont tv me he will only let me sign into my acount through his TV and wont just watch mine. and he keeps leaving and coming back making up excuses...

Under no circumstance log in on his PC via TV. That means he can end the connection at any time and leave your account logged in on his PC.
