The suppressor title I think you have to be 2nd LT rank to get it though :/
Do sets of missions until you get a certain amount of master medals, badges etc.
Then click ACT, and start going down the list with the ones you want to have equipped.

Just make sure if you do survays that you use IE or Firefox. They do not work with Chrome 100% of the time.
