Are you from a supported region? Are you maybe running your connection through a proxy in an unsupported region?

Where do you live? You're probably not on a supported region ...

As far as I know Portugal is a supported country I can't really figure put what your problem is

Portugal is supported region, did you try to reinstall the game and install .Net Framework drivers?

try with other ac, wait a bit, maeby it laggs, with or without hacks?
