ATM I'm using Bit Defender, but try avast! its free.
Do NOT use norton. A old Windows 98 computer of mine had Norton on it and somehow some of the files got deleted. It put itself into lock down and you couldn't even boot it. Took it to a shop to get it fixed and they didn't know what to do. </3 I ended up fixing it that night. Had to go into Safe mode and delete a few files it said were missing from the registry, but were just corrupt. I'll have to try some of the suggested programs. I can't go unprotected.

Don't use Kaspersky either... Slows your computer to shit and when there is a virus/trojan.. it fucking creeps you out with the screaming pig sound.. >.<
