CROSS FIRE AWARDS 2011 problem!!!!

For cf film awards... if I win do I get the prize on my acc.(but i'ts banned 3 days) It was banned today when I opened injecotr and game was open. Now I wold like to upload video form another acc but the prize goes on real acc.
Is it legal to have 2 acc's or more?? Beacuse that I will win the prize than they will see two same IP
