DWORD WINAPI HackThread(LPVOID)
{
while( !IsGameReadyForHook() )
Sleep(100);
main();
return 0;
}
BOOL WINAPI DllMain ( HMODULE hDll, DWORD dwReason, LPVOID lpReserved )

Lol you guys are ....... I take backs its mine....
You add an if statement for whether or not the user is or was pressing the key. See MSDN for more details.

Just put in hotkeys after while true.

Put (After void main)

bool nxchams = false;

then after while(true) Put:

if(VK_NUMPAD1<0){
if(nxchams){
//chams off here;
nxchams = false;
}else{
//chams on here;
nxchams = true;
}
}
