Change I.P how?

i was wondering how i can change my I.P because when i try too login
to Nexon plug i get a little box that pops up.

Some guy about 4 days ago posted an ip changer that seems to work, lets see if i can find the thread, gimme just a sec

i found it in my documents, i really didnt want to bother sifting through all those threads, so here you go.

thx for putting that changer up cuz i got ip ban on war rock XD

would this still work if im behind a router?

i was behind a router and it seemed to work....try it out.

its clean right?

Edit: Its the bat file? Yeah it doesnt work
